Joseph
Voigt was born on November 18, 1956 in Little Falls, MN. He moved
to Milaca, MN in 1962 with his family where he spent his
childhood, graduating from Milaca High School in 1975. He briefly
studied computer science in Phoenix, AZ before joining the Air
Force in 1976. He created and operated The Danse Macabre Bulletin
Board from 1991 thru 1998. In 1996, Joe retired from the military
and continues to work as a webmaster.
